Will Guidara is an American restaurateur, author, and hospitality visionary renowned for co-owning Eleven Madison Park (EMP), which was named the world’s best restaurant in 2017. Will Guidara started working in restaurants at age 13 and later graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. His early career included stints at Wolfgang Puck’s Spago and Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group.

Guidara became general manager of EMP in 2006 and, alongside chef Daniel Humm, purchased the restaurant in 2011. Together, they transformed it into a global fine dining destination, earning three Michelin stars and multiple James Beard Awards. Their approach emphasized not just culinary excellence but also a radical rethinking of service, which Guidara later termed “unreasonable hospitality.” This philosophy—delivering personalized, over-the-top guest experiences—was detailed in his 2022 best-selling book, Unreasonable Hospitality: The Remarkable Power of Giving People More Than They Expect.

After parting ways with Humm in 2019, Guidara launched new ventures, including plans to convert a historic New York castle into a luxury hotel and dining destination. He also co-founded the Welcome Conference, an annual event focused on hospitality leadership, and serves as a consultant and speaker across industries, advocating for the transformative power of genuine human connection in business.

Sean Evans has two superpowers: interviewing celebrities and eating extremely spicy foods. Against the odds, he's managed to combine the two into the massively popular show Hot Ones on First We Feast. Each week, Sean Evans shares a plate of progressively spicier chicken wings with his celebrity guests, eliciting some of the most hilarious and honest answers you've ever seen from stars like Kevin Hart, Gordon Ramsay, and Scarlett Johansson. Hot Ones has spawned a worldwide base of 8+ million YouTube fans who post their own videos testing out their ability to take the heat.

Despite his extreme tactics, Hot Ones guests respect Evans' deeply researched questions and commitment to his craft. The Chicago native grew up studying heroes like David Letterman and Howard Stern—and gaining an appreciation for extra-hot salsa from his dad—before cutting his teeth as a Complex News host. His interviews with the likes of Allen Iverson and Manny Pacquiao made him a favorite on the sports-media circuit, and his willingness to try just about anything—including a day of The Rock's diet and fitness regiment—helped propel his online profile.

In addition to Hot Ones, Sean is beloved by fans for his adventures in extreme eating, including surviving the world's hottest chile pepper, the Carolina Reaper, on two separate occasions.

He was nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Talk Show host in 2021.
